Funny Pictures and Funny Videos are popular Keywords, but did you notice?

Strange things are going on in yorGOtalk!

When running an online Business, you’ve got to keep ahead with the latest trends and technologies and you’ve got to Brand your name. We know… it’s not so much what we say, but HOW we say it and which medium we choose. As Web 2.0 has grabbed the Internet population, now more than ever a "Picture tells a thousand Stories"…. and the funnier the picture the more universal the language and the understanding.

From there it’s all about Duplication… generation by generation.

As a Team leader you need to develop your communication skills, be visible and transparent - never mind the circumstances. Your members must be able to reach you, see that you are ‘real’ - as real as can be - and of course, you’ve got to outsource when your time has come to pass on important tasks to the next generation.

After all, YOU want to get to the beach!

YORGOO-YCADEMY have always been at the forefront of any form of developments - rarely a day without massive testing of hardware and software - beyond limits is the motto.

Here’s today’s test result:

EDUCATION AN INCREASING SUCESS ON HOME BUSINESS

Many people have been very successful, started businesses and built them into successful companies without a lot of education and yes it can be done. Many business initiatives also fail.

Education and continuous learning is all about increasing the odds of being successful at your home business career. People need to obtain the additional skills they need for their business. They generally do this by taking additional training in the areas they need and being prepared to learn continuously from experience and from talking to other experts.

For example if you are installing telephone network systems you may need to take refresher courses on a regular basis to stay on top in your field.

It is always a good idea to establish a network of people or contacts that you can draw on for ideas, advice and suggestions about how to increase your business.

You may obtain referrals from these contacts, however the primary purpose is to use your contacts to help you learn some of the details that you may not be familiar which are necessary to run your business.

If you are starting out on a home based career ,setting achievable goals is important. We all want to become rich and be able to relax and enjoy our money, the focus needs to be on what series of goals do we need to achieve to get there.

Some  are short term, while others longer term and depend on having achieved some of your short term goals.

Important  is to set the goals, make sure that they are a challenge, but achievable in a relatively short time. Achieving our short term goals exhibits a sense of progress and satisfaction for having reached them.

Many people will start a home business career or business and try to be everything to all of their customers. Unfortunately this leaves many people spread very thin and unable to focus on being successful in their core business.

Long term success of course includes selecting the right home based career, but it also means focusing on that career and doing what you need to do to make it a success.

Combining these points and applying them does not guarantee success, however by ensuring that you have the skills you need, your goals are set and focusing on achieving your goals will increase the odds of sustaining a successful home business career.

Many people, including love the look of old things. We love to furnish our homes with some old furniture and different nick knacks that have come from a different era. Many of these things are antiques while many are just old looking. There come a fashion to decorate our homes with older looking furniture. Many manufacturers make modern furniture that look like antiques but in fact are not.

This is a cheaper way for people to have the look without the spending more. Of course they also miss out on the history that goes with the original piece. But for many it is an option that we welcome. Many of my original antiques are things that have been handed down through the generations of my family. These things I really treasure.
duie to their craftsmanship and of course for their sentimental value. It is such a shame to think that so many antiques have been thrown out or destroyed over time because they were old and not fashionable any more.

If you are someone who really loves the original product whether it be furniture, cars, glass wear, dolls and so on and you want to purchase some then you should know a little bit about antiques. Just because something looks old and you love it does not mean it is worthy of an expensive antique price tag.

Of course, in the end if you’ve got the money and that is what you want then price doesn’t really matter but generally for the average person you should only pay what the product is truly worth. Especially if you want this product as an investment as many collectors do.

You need to learn about things such as certain markings or numbers to look for on some antiques. It is a way of knowing that they are original. It’s sad to think that there are also many remakes that are being sold as the originals when they are really just excellent copies. That is why it is important to learn a few things.

Ask around to find an antique dealer that has a good reputation. Then go and talk to him or her about what you are interested in. They can be a great source of information. There are also many good books that will be very helpful and educational. Once you arm yourself with this knowledge then you can start shopping with confidence.

    Free Traffic

Every Internet marketer knows, if you don't have a consistent way to drive a tons of qualified traffic to your web site, you don't have a successful Internet business.

You need to generate Internet traffic to succeed.

    NO traffic = NO business

One of the ways to drive free traffic to your business is to take advantage of online forums and online communities. The good thing about forums and online communities is that you can target a certain group that fits the certain demographic that you are looking for. You can discuss and comment about lots of things and of course about the niche that you represent or your offer.

With comments and discussions you can also build yourself a reputation for your business by showing your range of expertise and authority on the subject and thus build long term relationships and trust, building your list and your network.

Forums are many and varied, choose the one that covers your topic or niche and be consistent with your postings. Add a signature to your posts that will attract a click thru and a possible free lead. Most forums allow a few lines for a signature with your business link.  Be sure to read the rules on each forum before posting. Certain remarks could get you banned.

    Happy posting,

    DubLi closes its Auction Marketplace

Today's Newsletter from DubLi announces the end of Free Auctions listings for DubLi users:

    "Marketplace

The marketplace will be closed as of July 10th, 2008.

This is the result of the newest legislation that mandates that online portals are liable for the products offered on their platforms. As it is not possible for us to control marketing fraud, we have been forced to take this action.

    http://www.luxist.com/2008/06/30/ebay-loses-big-french-lawsuit/|

We will keep track of this matter; this decision can be reversed if the situation improves at a later date.

Based on past experience, DubLi has decided to work together only with professional partners - this was made a top priority. In DubLi Auction, for example, DubLi will no longer be dependent on outside suppliers - DubLi itself will deliver all products.

As a result of the marketplace closure, we will also limit the shop solutions on offer. As of July 10th, only the Professional Shop System will be available to customers."

    Unclear where DubLi is going

It is hard to believe, that DubLi is closing its Marketplace just for the reason of a pending eBay lawsuit in france and its hard to believe, that DubLi would take such a decision on such a short notice.

We have observed that the Marketplace has not really attracted the expected crowds and since DubLi focused more on SmartWin, the Marketplace became a desert.

We also observed the shops disappearing and the drop in product offers on the DubLi Platform from a few hundred thousand to a few thousand only.

Customer shops have been closed without prior notice nor back-ups.

Now the Marketplace closes down and a bunch of new products are launched. We will rview them later.

DubLi is also preparing a Grand Opening in the USA for August/September. According to recently published articles in the USA (we have been reporting on the issue), an American representative for DubLi has been appointed and the communication strategy is targeting the market as if there had never been DubLi in the USA.

The move to the USA has still not been announced officially to the existing DubLi Business Associates. (Check a press release)

Existing DubLi Business Associates in the USA have not been consulted nor involved in that move, namely not any of the about 100 business associates in the YORGOO DubLi Team.

The DubLi Network Leader, Carlos Oestby, Vice President of DubLi Network LLC, has quietly disappeared from the sceene, without any notice either.

DubLi Shareholders (Business Associates who bought shares) have not received any news about the company since they purchased shares a year ago nor any end of the year company information, such as accounts or an annual report or any factual report about the company development, it's plans, visons and status quo.

DubLi is obviously not willing to adopt a transparent communication policy and I am not really sure that this is a good sign.

DubLi is playing with the trust of those who have joined the original vision of DubLi, of those who have trusted Carlos Oestby and Michael Hanson, of those who were excited by the idea of a global trading platform with free auction listing, by those who have trusted the plans that DubLi was to go public; the latter issue is also a matter of concern, since no announcement has been made since the one where it was lined out that DubLi would go to the London Stock Exchange (by now I rather believe it's the AIM) by spring 2008….we are in summer.

    What is wrong with DubLi?

For sure DubLi is in a restructuration phase and restructuration needs time. But what restructuration needs most is the trust and confidence from those who believe in the company and its management, the investors, shareholders, business associates and customers… unless DubLi intends to restart from scratch once more and evict those who have spent thousands of Euros on a dream that never may come true.
