In order to multiply a module, you just need to use your copy and paste capabilities :-). The above image illustrates the present YorgoMan site. You can see the menu entries representing multiple times the gallery module. This means we have created multiple (4 additional) photo galleries. Here are the photo albums: Sun and Sea (this one is the original gallery with the images.xml) Basketball Friends Holidays I me and myself In order to make these albums work, you need to create for each album an image folder. The easiest is to create image folders under evo2/images with the name of the album, such as basketball, friends ……. Image Display on WP for Semiomantics Scripts The Problem Displaying and publishing images on a blog is an important issue as it impacts on our visitors' surf experience. An attractive blog has attractive pictures, however attractive pictures are often big and heavy. The WP gallery and thumbnail functions can help but are not satisfactory. To keep the page loading time within reason, we cannot embed big, heavy pictures into the post. If we thumbnail the pictures, the page is reloaded by default, respectively a page with the embedded original size picture opens. Reloading pages is not appreciated by visitors. The Solution Thumbnails are good, provided they are of an attractive size and quality: better high quality sharp partial view than a cropped blurred representation of the original. Testing is needed. Also the original size should be loaded in a image viewer namely if there are multiple pictures involved and big original sizes do not trigger reloading of the page but pop up on top of the page. Example (cropped) This example shows cropped thumbnails 300x226 pixels. Click on a picture and the image viewer will open, the commands are at the bottom of the screens.
