WordPress vs YORGOO Press If you are used to WordPress standards, then you know the widget tab onn the Dashboard. Usually, and it’s theme depending, widgets are placed in the sidebar of the WordPress themes. At YORGOO Press the home page layout is different; it’s a newspaper layout to optically remind visitors of a press product. While there is a sidebar on the lower part of the home page, you are not limited to use widgets in the sidebar only. In fact we have built widget hooks into most any field of the layout. Two Types of Widgets on YORGOO Press There are two types of widgets available: - Widgets which add content to the existing content in the lay-out grid - Widgets which replace the content in the grid. Any text area of the Lay-out grid can be used wither in combination with widgets or replaced by widgets.
