A recent cPanel related issue has been resolved. As Glohosters, like Chihosters are using RVSkin to make the hosting access more customer-friendly, it can happen that cPanel updates and RVSkin updates are not implemented at the same time and therefore errors may occur temporrarily.

Partial Back-ups are available again for customers in addition to the full back-up feature.
