Windows 7 Tips to Calibrate Colors

Cal­i­brate Col­ors with Win­dows 7

If you work with col­ors or if you are an artist work­ing on dig­i­tal graph­ics, you may want to cal­i­brate your Color Dis­play to see exact col­ors. There are two access points:

1. Cal­i­brate Col­ors from Con­trol Panel

In your Con­troll Panel under Dis­play you find the Cal­i­brate color Tab:

Select Cal­i­brate Color and fol­low through.

2. Run dccw.exe from the Start Menu Search Box

Click on the .exe file on top and fol­low through.

After run­ning the Cal­i­brate Color Tool, run the Clear Type text tool again.
