Google Top 10 with Twitter Strategy from Semiomantics

It’s an incredible experiment we have just completed: reach Google Top 10 with Twitter returns.

It’s about clear to all readers here how much I hate to see the big networks flying to Google Top 10 with our content, grabbing thus our due reward for our published content.

Many Webmasters get overrun by the big boys’ networks, be it Twitter, Facebook, MySpace or others like  Linkedin, Technorati and such like. At Semiomantics we build customized sites which can compete with any of the Big Boys networks. (Just look at some of our Google Top 10 Performance related posts.)

How to Profit from Twitter and Friends?

While hanging out on social networks is in most cases a waste of time (commercially speaking), there are ways to profit from social networks without spending a dime on their advertising programs.

Semiomantics is permanently testing and exploring new ways to monetize on the Social Network frenzy. The basic idea is to convert content from within the social networks into Google Efficient Search Engine Optimized content and place it in a publishing framework which can beat anything social networks may offer as visible content to search engines.

The second idea is, to bring into Social Networks content which attracts the attention of friends and followers, interesting enough to cause the viral effect social network marketing is aiming.

Our Google Top 10 set-up

Basically we feed content to Twitter and other Social Networks and export the returns on our walls to a publishing framework designed for high Top 10 Performance, i.e. a semiomantics Framework based on WordPress.

Step 1: we post to our Blog (yorgonestoridis.com, Author Publisher from Semiomantics)

Step 2: we feed Twitter and other Social Networks

Step 3: we collect the returns on a second Semiomantics Framework (UQ Me from Semiomantics)

Step 4: We check Google under the targeted keyword :-)

The 4 Steps to Google Top 10

To make the process easily visible we used a easy to track keyword with not too much interest:

The Diamond of Sancy Murol Auvergne

Step 1: We grabbed a post which has been published earlier on another website (Zoom Ferre and Fouchtra), meaning, we didn’t even go for original content. We tagged the post The Diamond of Sancy Murol Auvergne. The post was posted on Lapillon.

Step 2: We fed the post from Lapillon to Twitter as well as to YORGOO Press, another Semiomantics site and from there we also feed Twitter.

Step 3: We collect the Twitter return on a  U Q Me Script from Semiomantics.

Step 4: We check Google:

Google Top 10 Comments

1 Is the Return from a TwitThis feed from Lapillon to Twitter and back to  U Q Me by Yorgo Nestoridis.

2 Is the Tweet itself as a return to U Q Me.

3 Is an external result from a topic related site with great content and a contextual domain name.

4 Is Laetitia Paris’ post we copied (courtesy Laetitia Paris).

5 Is Laetitia’s site with the highest publishing power.

6. idem

7. Is the Twitter return to YORGOO Press

8. Is the Twitter return with the feed through TwitThis.

Google Top 10 exploitation

The most interesting result are 1 and 2 above with the U Q Me Script.

To exploit this result, it could be fed into a YORGOO Booster or a YORGOO Blaster where associated with ads it would transport Ads to the top of Google yet in another way.
