Make Money with Twitter Part 1
Make Money with Twitter is based on the understanding that where there is traffic, there is cash.
This Make Money with Twitter in 4 parts will describe step-by-step how I go after making money on Twitter. The priority number one is to get followers on twitter, as the marketing power depends on how many people you can reach directly and indirectly.
Make Money with Twitter: Get a Twitter Account
Start by registering with Twitter. Make sure you choose a good user name, as that name will be part of your URL.
If you are focused on a keyword, you may use that keyword; if you are focusing on personal relations and the power of human relations, then your Name is the better option to make money with Twitter.
Please keep in mind: Social Network Marketing is mainly based on endorsements and personal relations.
I have selected YorgoNestoridis as my user name.
Customize your Twitter Account: Image, Profile and Site
First of all you can punch in a personal profile and a picture. The picture is of the utmost importance: make it a friendly picture, smiling back at your visitors. The image is the first and most important element for immediate empathy or antipathy; it creates curiosity and triggers clicks.
I have loaded a Y-logo instead of a picture to test the impact of a logo, and also to … swim against the stream. I tell you, my logo is really visible from far on a page with loads of Twits. But it’s may be not a good idea … time will tell.
The second issue is your website link you can ad: another important issue. Choose well which link you will be entering here. A good link could be a link to a sales page of your personal product, an affiliate link or just to your personal website, from where people can follow all your links.
In as much I am concerned I enter my personal Website URL and the address of my online profile on Cashflowin.com.
Finally you can select your look on Twitter: select your background, either as a plain color or in image format. You can get a free background from MyTweetSpace or you can load your own picture or image file.
I opted for the latter version, considering also that this could be advertising space to sell :-).
Here is how my Twitter looks like after customization:

How to Create your personal Background
Create an image with a defined background, in my case the image measures 210 x 771 pixels:
[singlepic id=53 w=210 h=240 mode=web20 float=left]
You can edit it using PhotoShop or GIMP or any other Editor. I just used Web Graphics Creator for a quick result here, selecting black canvas background, pulling in a picture and adding some text and addresses of some of my websites.
In Twitter, I selected the same background color (#000000) and uploaded my Picture (no tiling).
Consider that the Picture uploaded has advertising value. We will come back to this issue at a later stage.

Multiple Accounts
Yes it’s possible to set up multiple accounts; I just created one for Ycademy:

A tweet on twitter is a tweet on twitter; a comment here is Google effective, becomes a tweet on twitter and jumps back out to become a Google effective Post on U Q Me.
Guess what's better for our both marketing?
