Basic Tasks: YORGOO Media Configuration

Once you login to your YORGOO Media dash­board, please exe­cute the fol­low­ing basic tasks:

1. Set­tings:

Fill in Gen­eral set­tings and make sure the UTC time dif­fer­ence is cor­rect; also change Name and Tagline of the Site, func­tion of your tar­geted keywords.

Write and Read, Dis­cus­sion and Media, Perma­links and so on: copy your data from YORGOO Press or YORGOO Blaster.

2. Go Plugins

Enable: Feed­Word­press, Shad­dow­box, Wiki and Inter­ac­tive Video

Do Syn­di­ca­tion set­tings —  sim­i­lar to YORGOO Blaster or YORGOO Press and syn­di­cate your YORGOO Press for example.

3. Appear­ance

Select and install theme called WPMU-nelo

Go Theme Options and select  Lay­out Mode: blog home page untill you have edited the Cus­tom home page, there­after you may switch.

Bud­dy­Press

Test all fea­tures and con­nect to other peo­ple. Use the mes­sage­ing tool, join or cre­ate a group, test wire and so on.
