Web­mas­ter Training

 

Tonight’s web­mas­ter train­ing will deal with the use of Fan­tas­tico to quickly load Word­Press and with the update of Word­Press from the WP admin area.

The step-by-step walk through will show the mer­its of the fea­tures, namely for less expe­ri­enced users.

Time per­mit­ting we will also have a look at some new free Word­Press themes and some of the more pop­u­lar plug-ins and install them.

Main­te­nance: Back-up your data­base and or web­site. Clean out data base.

The ses­sion starts at 8 pm GMT (Lon­don) at yor­GOtalk. Tools we use: your cPanel and your FTP Client (SmartFTP, CuteFTP or such like).
