Google Top 10: Lapillon beats YORGOO Press
Google Top 10 with YORGOO Press has been proven time and again; the New NewsCast script beats YORGOO Press.
Google Top 10 Test set-up
Zoom Terre is a well established website built on YORGOO Press by Laetitia Paris. We have built a clone of that website on a brand new sub-domain under the main domain zoomterre.com to compete with the original YORGOO Press site. This was two days ago. By yesterday Google had indexed our new site which is built on the brand new NewsCast script from Semiomantics and we have first results.
Also we named the new site Lapillon, composed of Lapin (rabbit) and Papillon (butterfly) since Laetitia likes both of them. The word Lapillon does not exist and is therefore easy to track on Google. We have not registered Lapillon.com, but it could be a nice name for a generic publication.
We have used two feeds to populate the new site, the site we want to clone as well as the Yorgo Nestoridis Author site.
Lapillon On-Site Optimization
On-site optimization is widely provided by the Semiomantics Publishing Framework, a development based on WordPress. In addition we use the configuration and settings as recommended by Semiomantics.
The Primary key-word on Lapillon is like on the original Terre Zoom : Decouvertes (discoveries).
Lapillon Editing and Publishing
Form the syndicated posts we have edited and published 8 posts for quick indexing purposes and to test the power of communication with Google.
Lapillon Off-site Optimization
For the time being we just use two channels: the Ping list recommended by Semiomantics and the Social Network Channel through Twitter and Facebook as revealed at a recent Ycademy Online Seminar.
Lapillon beats Zoom Terre
We have namely edited two posts from Zoom Terre et published them according to the Semiomantics recommendations, one about a town called Murol, the other about a town called Besse-en-Chandesse.
We test our set-up under the primary key-word:
Decouvertes Murol and Decouvertes Besse-en-Chandese.
Example:
By the way, the number 3 ranked is a return from Twitter about the Post on Lapillon!
But watch, it’s getting better:
Zoom Terre recently launched its toolbar, a post we syndicated and published as well after re-editing. The Keyword targeted is “Barre d’outils Zoom Terre”:

Considerations
1. Lapillon has so to speak no content yet and is disadvantaged.
2. Lapillon is a new domain and site and has no history or authority.
3. Lapillon has not produced any original content.
4. Lapillon set-up is not even finished as per yet.
However:
1. Lapillon is tuned for French language.
2. Lapillon is set up on the most advanced Semiomantics Script.
3. Lapillon is on NewsCast not on YORGOO Press.
4. Lapillon uses the Semiomantics rules for editing and publishing.
5. Lapillon implements one of Semiomantics’ Social Network Marketing Strategies.
Conclusions
The few little tests show the power of NewsCast in an impressive way, at least in my opinion.
