Windows 7 Multilingual Deployments
Multiple Language Packs can be added to Windows 7 Ultimate and Enterprise only. The other Windows 7 Editions are referred to as single language editions. Windows 7 Ultimate lets you download language packs to deploy Windows in 36 different languages as I am writing.

The language packs are available to Windows 7 Ultimate and Enterprise users through the System Update link.
If you add multiple language packs to a Windows image, you can deploy the multilingual edition of Windows in a multilingual environment, and the end users can switch the display language between multiple languages on a single computer.
