Work at Jelly in stead of Work at Home
Jellies are nothing else than organized meetings amongst people working from home for the purpose of brainstorming and collaboration; the Jelly factor is: these people leave home to meet in a third party place. In fact it’s a funny way of back to low tech basics. As if online collaboration tools did not exist!
Whatever, let’s call it a Jelly when workers from home meet to work together. So far we called it Daily YORGOO Calls or monthly Ycademy online Seminars. I see, we are out unless we re-baptize our activity to Ycademy Jelly and YORGOO Jelly. Or even better, as our friend Nikos Advertizopoulos suggested: just call it Jell-o and add the color.
Or, call it Knox, which reminds me of the good old gelatine factory in Johnstown, NY where I spent a year back in the seventies. I also remember the Knox property in Johnstown, a big yellow and white colonial mansion (may be it’s pink and light green today), nothing like gelatine.
All this to tell you that this Jelly thing inspires gelatine, something wobbly, undefined, inconsistent and all in all…a matter of taste and no one will ever blame you for smearing it all over, namely on your Facebook wall.
Ycademy Jelly
An Ycademy Jelly is a meeting of Ycademy members. However as the participants come from all over the world, the meeting is held at Ycademy’s online Conferencing facillity. This gets me to the next stumbling block: what’s the translation into modern English? Jelly Egg? Noway, as that’s reserved for Crocks and Shoes … just forget it, we will continue to call the eggish Ycademy Jell-O as before: Ycademy Online Seminar.\

For the good order’s sake, have a look at the Map to find Knox Jelly in Johnstown in Fulton County, NY, there at least you find real Jelly that makes money, at least for Knox (nothing to do with Fort Knox, it’s Kraft today…huh, that’s a difficult one.)
