Work from Home: Success and Publishing

Working from Home has it’s own rules and often means. Luckily the Internet allows most any Marketer to get high visibility according to the David and Goliath principle. Any one can do it, also without paid ads and here is the proof.

Selected keywords

We have selected two highly competitive related keywords:

1. Working from Home News with over 400,000,000 search returns.

2. Work from Home News with over 300,000,000 search returns on Google.

Selected Publishing Frameworks

We use two websites to publish the content:

1. yorgoopublishing.com

2. yorgonestoridis.com

The first being a typical Publisher, while the second is an Authors site.

Working from Home News on Google

So far we have posted 6 articles to reach the positions we hold as per now. At present we have 1 top 10 position on Working from Home News and one on Work from Home News both with YORGOO Publishing.

YorgoNestoridis.com is listed on rank 18 respectively 19.

Result achieved

So far, having published 6 posts we have managed to enter the top 10 on Google with one respectively two positions:

Working from Home News

Working from Home News

Considering the size of the respective categories and considering the publishing frameworks used we consider the result as extraordinary. A specialized publication would do better.

How to Publish a specialized Publication — Example

Fist, we choose a publishing framework whereas my preference are Semiomantics scripts of the type YORGOO Press.

Second we name the publication “Working from Home News” or “Work from Home News”; the title could be split into a main name, “Working from Home” and a sub-title “News”.

Site Map: Considering the publication like a news paper or a magazine, which can also have newsletter function, a double structure is possible: either a traditional category and sub-category structure, or a structure by dated issue, or as suggested, a double structure combining both.

The traditional category structure with slug focused URL links will help to build massive contextual content over time. The issue focused structure allows to define a mixed context at a given moment of time and to create corresponding archives which are easier to search and surf for loyal readers. Issues can be daily, weekly or monthly, whereas the post don’t need to be released all on the same date for a particular issue.

Combining both will add just a further archive to the site; important is to prevent double indexing by preventing the archive from being indexed separately and in addition to the individual posts.

First Priority: we target your main keyword until we reach top 10 on Google; once achieved, we scatter on second priority. In other terms, there is no reason to waste time on any other category until the primary objective is reached.

Or, we start by grabbing sub-categories in order to easier access the top 10 in the main keyword category on Google.

YORGOO Publishing used the first model in the above case.

We are ready to prove the Concept

Zo Nicholas has started to publish an online newspaper called “Working from Home News”. Interestingly, her efforts have not yet been honored with the expected result. Zo Nicholas permitting, we will implement the above publishing model on the Working from Home News Publication and show how professional site tuning can just make the difference. Look forward to find the YORGOO Press powered site on top of Google.

Work from Home Publishing for the bottom line

Successful publishing will contribute straight to the bottom line as traffic is generated organically without out of pocket cost. Publishing helps not only to get traffic and visibility but also to build that famous authority no ad can build.
